October 16 marked "National Boss Day." So we want to shine a spotlight on Caius Spronken, the driving force behind Spronken Orthopedics. As the boss of this family business, since 2019, he has transformed the legacy of two generations into an orthopedic company ready for the future.

Caius, a scion of the Spronken family, began his career at Spronken Orthopedics as a Junior Manager in 2019. Since the beginning of this year 2023, he has been at the helm as the General Director. 

He combines this role with leadership at Wellness Clinic, where Caius has been the General Director since 2018. Under his leadership, Wellness Clinic, another company in the Spronken Group, has experienced international growth. In a short time, this young business engineer has achieved very successful milestones, including the construction and opening of a 3,000m2 surgical clinic in Barcelona.

Caius's success lies in his ability to blend tradition with innovation. He modernizes his businesses with cutting-edge technology, specialized treatments, and holistic comprehensive care. At the same time, he remains true to the values of tradition and ethics. His vision is now also being extended to Spronken Orthopedics.
