Spronken Orthopedie and Ortho Medica join their forces

We are pleased to inform you that Spronken Orthopedie, located in Genk, has acquired Ortho Medica on 1 November 2022 and that the 2 companies will henceforth continue together under the brand of Spronken Orthopedie. Both Belgian organizations are specialists in technical orthopaedics and dedicate their expertise to the well-being of patients with the same values and standards.

 

Ortho Medica, located in Geraardsbergen, is a company specialized in orthopaedic custom-made products that has its own production facility. Patients can visit an orthopaedic care shop with patient receiving facilities. 

 

By joining forces, patients can now rely not only on a more complete range of orthoses, prostheses, orthotics, orthopaedic shoes and mobility aids but also on a wide network of 11 branches across the country.

Although the collaboration will take effect immediately, not too much will change initially. The Ortho Medica atelier will continue to produce the same products for the time being but will specialize even more in the future as part of Quality Production. The orthopaedic care shop with patient reception facilities will continue to function as today but under the name Spronken Orthopedie. Matthias Bossuyt will continue to take care of local coordination but, as Senior orthopaedic technician, will now be able to concentrate even more on patient care. They can therefore continue to rely on the usual services.
